1. Move-In and Move-Out
Move-In
Our facility is open for new rentals around the clock. You can rent a unit at any time 24/7 using our secure create account portal through our website. Also, your move in date is prorated on move in date and thereafter, rent is due the 1st day of every month.
What's the moving out procedure?
We would like a 14-day notice and would appreciate prompt notification once you've vacated the unit. Please ensure the space is completely empty and broom swept clean. Remember, we don't offer partial month refunds.
Are my stored items insured?
We don't provide insurance for your belongings. It's recommended to check with your personal insurance provider about coverage for items in storage.

2. Rental Process

What documentation is required to rent a storage unit?
To rent a unit, you'll need to provide:
- A valid government-issued photo ID
- Two reliable emergency contact numbers
- Your current postal and email addresses
- Pro-rated Payment for the first month's rent
Is there a minimum rental period?
We operate on a flexible month-to-month basis, with no long-term commitment required. But we require you to sign an electronic rental lease agreement for occupying the storage unit(s)as long as you need. However, when you create your account, remember, your 1st month move in is prorated and thereafter, we only rent for full calendar months due on the 1st of every month and we don't offer partial month refunds on move out.

How will I receive my monthly bill?
How will I receive my monthly bill?
We send all invoices via email. Please ensure we have your correct email address to avoid missing any invoice bills for your records. When you create your account online you hereby authorize automatic credit card payments so invoice Bills are paid automatically each month worry free to avoid any late fees.
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Americ Express, & Discover.)
4. Unit Maintenance and Access

- Some items remain in the unit
We continue charging rent until the unit is completely empty and unlocked.
How secure is the facility?
Our facility is equipped with advanced security systems, including 24/7 surveillance cameras and secure access controls, ensuring your belongings are safe.
What are the access hours?
Our storage facility is accessible 24/7, allowing you to access your indoor unit or outdoor storage anytime you need.
How do I determine the right storage size?
You can contact our manager for personalized assistance.
Are there restrictions on what can be stored?
Yes, prohibited items include: Liquids
Some items subject to owner permission.

5. Security and Access
Do I need staff assistance to enter the facility?
No, you have 24/7 access.
Are locks provided?
No we do not provide locks at this time. However, we reccomend you bring at least 2 weather resistance locks but 4 weather resistance locks is recommended to secure your doors.
What if I lose my padlock key?
We can remove the locks for a $25 fee. This service is typically available within one business day.
Who can access my storage unit?
Only you have access to your unit. Secure your padlocks and keep the keys safe.
What should I do if I forget my gate code?
You can retrieve your code by logging into your account or by calling our manager for assistance (account verification required). We recommend saving your code in your phone for easy reference.
